Demonstrated new customer experience for scheduler on web and mobile to C-suite leadership before launch. Supported the club's OMNI channel to drive digital transformation by prioritizing features and defining user stories for weekly releases. Created user stories, conducted grooming, and worked with cross-functional teams for the successful execution of features maintaining consistency with member experience on the website. Collaborated with client partners to translate business requirements to technical requirements, design API solutions for Deposits product. Modeled APIs with the respective team and created WSDLs as a service provider. Developed high-level and low-level design specifications and conducted reviews of the design document in collaboration with project stakeholders to make sure the design aligns with the project objective and goal. Led development in an onshore-offshore model leading multiple teams of developers towards achieving project goals pipelined into releases.
